Devin Landers - volleyball franchise success coach

Devin landers - SUccess Coach

Devin Landers is a veteran educator and program builder with 17 years of coaching experience and 13 years in the classroom. A two-time Teacher of the Year, Devin has spent his entire career dedicated to the development of student-athletes, blending high-level technical instruction with a passion for mentorship.

Devin is a proven architect of athletic programs. He built the KIPP Atlanta High School volleyball program from the ground up, expanding it into a full-service offering that includes both middle and high school tiers. His leadership was further cemented in the community when he established the first program in Atlanta Public Schools to feature a complete 9th grade, JV, and Varsity structure.

In 2024, Devin launched the 575 Volleyball EpiFit location, rapidly scaling the branch to include six club teams and a robust suite of youth developmental programs.

His coaching foundation was built on the court when he played at Hannibal-LaGrange University and the University of South Carolina club team. Having coached boys and girls ranging from ages 5 to 18, Devin operates under a core philosophy: "There are no little things."

He fosters an environment where it is okay to fail, provided that failure is used as a catalyst for learning and growth.

Off the court, Devin is a devoted husband to his wife, Sue-Anne, and a proud father to their two-year-old daughter, Aria.

Gabriel Costa - Success Coach

Gabriel Costa started playing volleyball at 14 and quickly fell in love with the game. At 19, he created his own beach volleyball program in Brazil, independently organizing and hosting tournaments, and began coaching soon after. Since then, he has coached both indoor and beach volleyball, managing youth teams and working closely with young athletes to help them grow on and off the court.

In the summer of 2022, Gabriel moved to the United States to play college volleyball in San Diego, California. In 2024, he relocated to Georgia and began working for Jeff Black at NGV. Jeff and Gabriel started a beach volleyball program at NGV, while Gabriel continues to work with youth groups and team development as an Associate Club Director. His coaching philosophy is simple: volleyball should be competitive, but above all fun — creating an
environment where players enjoy the process, stay motivated, and keep improving.
